What’s your refund policy?

We offer Refund to unopened Items if item is opened we offer store credit. There will be a restocking fee if it is open. Shipping will be on customer behafe. we will not offer shipping labels for returns. Store credits will be issue on your account with a code to place on your next order. Thank you for understanding and supporting a small bussiness. 

Do you deliver?

We do offer delievery with USPS. Every delivery will 2-3 Express shipping. Every Item will be signture confirmation. We Only offer free shipping on orders of $1000.00 or more depending on the item. When ordering online you must have a Verified PayPal Account, if your account is not verified we will be refunding you on the total order.

My operating system automatically updated and now some of my software doesn’t work. What should I do?

We will Support your Computer if it its made by us. If it is a laptop and if your bought our tech support then we will order you tech support. If not you will have to contact the manufacture.

What’s your Preorder policy?

Our Pre Order policy is straight forward. You can request a refund on any preorder at any time before we ship out your item. We will not offer refund after the item has been shipped out. We will contact you once we have your preorder item on hand to confirm shipment.
